• 10,000 per person as token amount AND Air fare & non-refundable Hotel Charges, if any, at the time of booking
• 50% of the total package amount is to be made before 45 days of departure.
• 70% of the total package amount is to be made before 30 days of departure.
• 100% of the total package amount is to be made before 21 days of departure.
• In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

Note:- Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

If you Cancel your Holiday

• Prior to 30 days or more: Non-refundable deposit (25%of the total package)
• Between 29-20 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost Between
• 19-14 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost Between
• 13-08 days of departure: Non - refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost
• Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost
• Holiday Matrix will charge minimum 5,000 per person as service fees, at any stage of booking after the first payment, due to any reason.

Pre Purchase & Series Fare Flight / Cruise / Non Refundable Hotel Booking:-

• Once booking is done, there will be no amendment or cancellation allowed, and no refund will be permissible in any case.

• If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to force majeure or vis majeure, the company shall not be responsible for giving you any refund. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers like Airline, hoteliers, attraction tickets, coach operators, etc. The decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
• It would take at least a minimum of 15 to 45 days to process the refund (if it is due).
• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the complimentary services due to any reason whatsoever, as we do not charge anything for complimentary services.
• Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the client for bookings made directly with the company by way of NEFT or RTGS at the discretion of the company. It would take at least 15&ndash45 days to process refunds.
• Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges, if any. (to the customer's bank account if paid by bank transfer, net banking mode, credit or debit card, reversal to their respective credit card account will be done. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in their account.
• Clients have the option to keep their refund money in our account, collect a credit note, and use it for 12 months.
• In some cases, where we take special approvals against cancellation, only a credit note will be provided.
