  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Standard check-in time 1400 hrs - 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1100 hrs - 1200 hrs respectively, unless specified otherwise.
  • The hotel may ask for a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in, as per the hotel's discretion only.
  • Requests for early check-in or late checkout are subject to hotel availability. and completely upon hotel discretion.
  • A request for guaranteed early check-in requires a room to be reserved the night prior to the guest's arrival, which will be charged accordingly over and above the agreed rates.
  • 10,000 per person as token amount AND Air fare & non-refundable Hotel Charges, if any, at the time of booking
  • 50% of the total package amount is to be made before 45 days of departure.
  • 70% of the total package amount is to be made before 30 days of departure.
  • 100% of the total package amount is to be made before 21 days of departure.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

 

Note:- Air fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

 

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • Prior to 30 days or more: Non-refundable deposit (25%of the total package)
  • Between 29-20 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost Between
  • 19-14 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost Between
  • 13-08 days of departure: Non - refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost
  • Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost
  • Holiday Matrix will charge minimum 5,000 per person as service fees, at any stage of booking after the first payment, due to any reason.

Pre Purchase & Series Fare Flight / Cruise / Non Refundable Hotel Booking:-

  • Once booking is done, there will be no amendment or cancellation allowed, and no refund will be permissible in any case.
